Today's walk saw 13 of us walk the kalderimi from the village of Malta to the town of Kardamill. On a beautiful May day we took the bus from Kardamilli to Malta and then walked back on the old donkey track. It was a very warm and sunny day with temperatures reaching 29 degrees. So with plenty of stop we arrived at Gialos taverna in Kardamilli with a thirst and all ready to devour food. We were not disappointed.
