PROASTIO CIRCULAR

Proastio Circular Walk Thursday 10th October

Well a cloudy overcast day saw 11 of us and Jay the dog walk from the village of Proastio. We climbed out of the village up to the two churches of Aghios Theodora. After a quick look round the churches we climbed further up towards the village of Exohori encountering a tethered horse on the way. As we approached Exohori the rain started to fall, we tried to take refuge in a small church but could not all fit in. After the passing shower we began our descent back to Proastio, this time encountering a donkey. We arrived back at Proastio just before the next onslaught of rain. Lunch was taken at Giota's Kafenion.
